Homeless to Home transforms lives by guiding individuals and families from temporary shelters to permanent housing. Our comprehensive support services include immediate sheltering solutions and long-term housing assistance to ensure sustainable transitions.
We provide personalized hygiene bags tailored to meet individual needs, ensuring everyone has access to essential personal care items. Each hygiene bag is thoughtfully assembled with items that cater to specific requirements, promoting health and dignity. Additionally, we offer weekly referrals for shower locations.
No one should be hungry or homeless!
Sadly there are not a lot of resources in our community that should have monetary allocations specifically for community outreach, and displacement. We have people who are employed or unemployed that include women, children, disabled, veterans and senior citizens, who for a variety of reasons, are unhoused or homeless.
